Admission & Daily Life
We maintain complete transparency.
Here are the practical details about entering our residential community,
what to expect on the farm, and how we live together.
How long is the residential program?
Our core recovery and vocational training program runs for six months. This duration ensures sufficient time for physical stabilization, spiritual grounding, and mastering practical skills like carpentry or dairy farming.
The Farm Environment
What should a resident pack for their stay?
Residents need practical work clothes for farming and workshops, personal toiletries, a Bible, and sturdy closed-toe shoes.
We provide all bedding, therapeutic materials, and nutritious meals harvested directly from our farm.
Our daily rhythm in Kasanje combines structured spiritual devotion,
professional clinical counseling,
and hands-on agricultural work
to build lasting self-sufficiency.
Are family visits permitted during recovery?
Yes. Family support is vital for long-term reintegration. Scheduled visitation days begin after the initial four-week stabilization period, allowing residents to focus fully on their early recovery steps.
Is this program strictly Christian?
Yes, our foundation is Christ-centered. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, but our daily structure includes morning devotions, Bible study, and Christian discipleship alongside clinical therapy and vocational work.
Spiritual & Clinical Care
What clinical safety measures are in place?
We partner with local medical professionals for supervised detoxification and stabilization. Our staff includes trained counselors who facilitate both individual therapy and group counseling sessions.
We provide a holistic framework
that integrates deep Christian discipleship with professional clinical counseling
and practical vocational empowerment on the land.
What happens after graduation?
We do not simply send graduates back. Through our vocational training in carpentry, agriculture, and tailoring, we help graduates secure dignified employment or transition into self-sufficient community roles.
